
The music video is one of the most captivating I’ve seen this year and really captures the essence of just how unique this band is. Who are they? What do they sound like? Well, the band had released 2 songs by this point: One, which was called “Pleasure and Pain”, which is the opening track to their debut album, “Lux” and the other being Basement which was released with a music video. Suddenly, everyone and their grandmothers were speaking of this band called Gemini Syndrome. The buzz really began for this band when David Draiman’s new band, Device, took them out on tour. Gemini Syndrome is, by far, one of the most impressive of the newer bands. That and the fact that I am still the sole contributor of content seen here on The Music Enthusiast.In 2013, we’ve had just as many new bands emerge as we’ve had comeback albums, it seems.
